Who we are

Black Dragon LLC, doing business as Zendo Trading, operates the website at zendotrades.com, an associated Discord community, and paid memberships sold through Whop. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

By using our website, joining our Discord, or purchasing a membership, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account and payment details — when you buy a membership, our payment processor (Whop) collects your name, email address, and payment information. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Discord information — your Discord username, user ID, avatar, and the roles assigned to you in our server.
• Content you post — messages, screenshots, trade journals, and anything else you share in our community channels.
• Direct communications — messages you send us by email or Discord.

Information collected automatically

• Basic server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, recorded by our web server for security and diagnostics.
• Third-party embeds — our site displays a market ticker provided by TradingView. Loading it may allow TradingView to collect data under its own privacy policy.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your Social Security number, brokerage credentials, bank logins, or trading account access. We will never ask you for these. Anyone claiming to represent Zendo Trading and requesting them is attempting to defraud you.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain your membership and community access
• To grant, change, or remove your Discord roles based on your subscription status
• To process payments, renewals, and cancellations through Whop
• To respond to your questions and provide support
• To send you service messages about your membership
• To moderate the community and enforce our Terms & Conditions
• To improve our content, tools, and services
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of third parties to run the business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:

• Whop — payments, subscriptions, and membership management
• Discord — our community platform
• DigitalOcean — website and application hosting
• Cloudflare — domain and DNS services
• TradingView — the market ticker embedded on our site

We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and tracking

Our own site uses minimal cookies and local browser storage, primarily to remember your preferences. Third-party embeds such as the TradingView ticker may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if you do.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information for as long as you hold an active membership and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Messages posted in community channels remain visible unless removed by you or by a moderator.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted server access, and secured credentials. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal obligations
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Cancel your membership at any time through your Whop account

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 11. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
