The agreement between you and Black Dragon LLC covering your use of the Zendo Trading website, Discord community, and memberships.
These Terms and Conditions of Service and Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Black Dragon LLC, doing business as Zendo Trading ("Zendo Trading," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the zendotrades.com website, our Discord community, and any related media, channel, or application (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Services.
Everything Zendo Trading provides is educational content only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser. Trading options involves substantial risk — you can lose more than you deposit. Every trading decision you make is yours alone.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using them you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Zendo Trading is an educational trading community. Depending on your membership tier, this may include live trading sessions, strategy breakdowns, market commentary, watchlists, trade recaps, community chat, proprietary tools and indicators, educational materials, and mentorship.
We describe our own trading and our own reasoning. Nothing we share is a recommendation, solicitation, or instruction for you to enter any trade.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of the Services at any time without liability to you.
This is the most important provision in this agreement.
Trading stocks, options, futures, and other instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You specifically acknowledge that:
You accept full and sole responsibility for every trade you place.
Paid memberships are sold and processed through Whop. By subscribing you also agree to Whop's terms. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice.
Where a free trial is offered, it automatically converts into a paid recurring subscription at the stated price unless you cancel before the trial period ends. The trial length and the resulting price are disclosed at checkout before you commit.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation ends future billing and takes effect at the close of your current paid period. You keep access until that date. Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current or any prior period.
Zendo Trading sells digital content and community access delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the value is received the moment access is granted and cannot be returned, all payments are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This includes, without limitation: monthly subscription fees, annual subscription fees, partial billing periods, unused time remaining after cancellation, subscriptions you forgot to cancel, memberships terminated for breach of these Terms, and periods during which you chose not to use the Services.
If you are unsure whether Zendo Trading is right for you, use the free trial before you subscribe. That is exactly what it is for.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent termination of access. We reserve the right to contest any such dispute with a full record of your usage.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction. If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us and we will review it in good faith.
While using the Services, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund for any breach of this section.
All content we produce — alerts, educational material, proprietary indicators and tools, written material, graphics, branding, and the Zendo Trading name, logo, and marks — is owned by Black Dragon LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property law.
Your membership grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access this content for your own individual use. It transfers no ownership. Reproducing, distributing, or reselling our content without written permission will result in termination and may result in legal action.
Content you post in the community remains yours. By posting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, reproduce, and moderate it for the purpose of operating the Services.
We depend on third parties including Discord, Whop, TradingView, Cloudflare, and our hosting providers. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, content, pricing, or policies, and outages or changes on their side may affect the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Dragon LLC and its owners, officers, employees, moderators, and contributors shall not be liable for any trading losses, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or connected with your use of the Services — including losses resulting from reliance on any content, service interruptions, or errors or omissions in any material.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Black Dragon LLC and its team from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading decisions, content you post, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms the community, our members, or the business. Termination for breach does not entitle you to any refund.
Sections covering intellectual property, no refunds, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above will change, and material revisions will be announced in our Discord server. Your continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
You agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before commencing formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Black Dragon LLC regarding the Services.
